What we're looking for...
We're currently interested in hearing from senior commercial lawyers with in-house experience.
You'll join our team of lawyers in Brisbane and work on assignment with the in-house legal teams of our clients, where you’ll assist with an interesting and challenging variety of matters including:
- drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and documentation;
- advising on commercial transactional matters and acquisitions;
- advising on privacy and the marketing of products and services; and
- assisting with resolving claims and disputes.

You
You'll have strong commercial law experience and ideally your background will include in-house and mid-tier or top-tier law firm experience. You'll also be client centric, commercially minded and able to hit the ground running, and will enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships.
