Who are we looking for?

We have opportunities for lawyers with Company Secretary or Assistant Company Secretary experience to work with our clients on in-house secondment on various projects. Ideally experience with ASX, corporate governance and working directly with Boards is helpful. LOD can offer exciting secondments working with our well-known clients, including global top tier organisations, across a diverse range of industries such as energy & resources, mining, technology, government, construction and infrastructure.
