Who are we looking for?
We're working on an exciting assignment with a leading renewable energy company for corporate commercial lawyer to join us and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment.
This assignment will see you work on corporate transactions and advise on general commercial matters including supply agreements and PPA's. This is a full-time (hybrid) assignment which initially runs for 6 months.
To join us, you will:
- Have at least 3 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)
- Be experienced in corporate commercial law with a background in renewable energy.
- Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running
- Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships
