Who are we looking for?
We are interested in hearing from corporate & commercial lawyers with M&A experience (preferably construction M&A experience) to join us to commence their LOD journey and take part in some exciting assignments we're currently working on.
The types of clients we are supporting with these assignments are an impressive multinational who specialises within certification services in construction and development. On these assignments, you will advise on interesting and cutting-edge M&A transactions (with a focus on public M&A deals), equity capital markets, funds management, general commercial & regulatory work.
These assignments are for a minimum 3 - 6-month period, both full-time or part-time (3-4 days per week). If you like the work that comes with private practice, but not sure it's the path you want long term, LOD can enable you to have the best of both worlds.
To join us, you will
- Have between 6-10 years relevant PQE with a top-tier/mid-tier law firm (recent experience), and/or in-house/secondment experience.
- Be available to commence a secondment at short notice
- Hold a current Australian Practising Certificate
- Be commercially minded, have the ability to hit the ground running and manage relationships with all levels of a business
