Freedom to work on your terms

Who are we looking for?
We’re expanding our APAC team of Project & Change Managers to support one of LODs key global clients, a leading tech giant. Our Project and Change Managers are responsible helping deliver a variety of global legal transformation projects.

This is an exciting contract role to run for at least 12 months on a full-time basis where you will drive efficient processes for our client's central procurement function. You’ll work with stakeholders across the globe to manage large scale change and change communications, as well as help deliver both technology and process change projects.

We’re looking for transformation and change professionals who have an understanding of the legal sector and are available to commence at short notice. Experience with unpicking legal processes and reviewing legal design would be beneficial, but it’s more important to have experience in (and enjoy!) delivering large scale change projects, ideally having done so in a large and complex global corporation.

Your day to day will include:

Deployment + Change strategy

  • Planning and coordination: work closely with key stakeholders to deploy plans, timelines, resources and risks.
  • Implementation Support: Work with SMEs to provide support during the deployment phase to address user questions, troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth adoption.
  • Communication and Awareness: Work with system and contract leads to create and execute communication plans that build awareness, understanding, and buy-in for impending changes.
  • Resistance Management: develop strategies to mitigate resistance and help the team adapt.
  • Champion Change: Actively promote the benefits of change, celebrate successes along the way, and build a culture of adaptability within the team.

To join us, you will:

  • Previous experience in a change management role - assisting in implementing and managing change processes, identifying teams and stakeholders to engage varying changes for those groups.
  • Previous experience in project management (from small to large scale projects).
  • Previous experience in supporting in-house legal teams with similar projects and initiatives
  • Experienced in facilitating training sessions.
  • Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running
  • Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, technology or law.
