If you’re a experienced property lawyer looking for a new position where you’ll get to advise on an interesting and varied range of matters, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
In this role, you'll work as a member of the Property team of a large government department. The scope of work that this team gets involved in is broad. Everything from advising on general property and commercial matters in the context of government, and issues in connection with major projects, through to government policy and legislative development. So, if you are seeking a role with variety, this could be a great opportunity for you.
In order to be suitable, you will have:
- a minimum of 4 years PQE;
- solid property and commercial law experience; and
- excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
