Who are we looking for?
We're working on a career-enhancing assignment with one of our longstanding clients, for an Assistant Company Secretary to join us and commence their LOD career with this assignment.
The Assistant Company Secretary will support the Company Secretary in ensuring that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements and upholds corporate governance standards. This is a full-time assignment which initially runs for two months, commencing in October.
