Who are we looking for?
As we continue to work with a range of our clients across the financial services, technology, professional services and education industries (to name a few) on their full-time assignment needs, we're interested in hearing from corporate and commercial lawyers available at short notice to join us to commence their LOD assignment journey.
Your day to day responsibilities will be varied, however examples of some of the interesting work you may be involved in on assignment includes advising on a range of corporate, commercial, IT, procurement and/or marketing matters, including drafting and negotiating the relevant documents. The assignments could also involve embedding new compliance policies, policy review and refresh and general privacy advice. These assignments range of 3 - 12 months in duration.
